SIDE Partnership, LLC began in 2019 with the goal to provide high quality project cost estimating and design consulting services. Since opening our doors, we have worked solely from word-of-mouth referrals and repeat customers. We are a woman-owned small business located near Chattanooga, TN.
Jessica Stack, AIA
President/CEO
Jessica provides strategic leadership as the President and CEO for the company and is responsible for making major corporate decisions and managing the overall operations of the company. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Construction Science & Management from Clemson University and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Kansas with an emphasis in Health Care Design. Jessica is a registered architect in the state of Tennessee.
Banning Stack
Principal Estimator
Banning serves as the Principal Estimator for the company. He is responsible for the performance of the business service lines, client relationships, and day-to-day operations of the company. He holds a Bachelors in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University and a Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga. Banning also holds the Certified Cost Professional (CCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) professional certifications.
Lauri Coalwell
Head of Talent
Lauri joined the company as the Office Manager in 2023. She is responsible for managing the activitites of the corporate office and is the principle contact for all employee matters.
